Just click on the Application pdf file link below and simply print off the application from your computer.  Our mailing address is located at the bottom of the application.  There are several methods you can pay for your membership dues including on line.  To pay on line by credit card, go to our on line store and select either Associate or Active membership.

If you will be using Automatic Payroll Deduction through Firefighters Credit Union, below show's the amount per check that should be taken out of your each check,

Retired Members $24 per year @ $2 each paycheck

Active Sworn Members $26 per year @ $1 each paycheck

Associate Members pay a Flat Fee of $10 for the year and can not use Payroll Deduction
